Best B2B Cold Calling Agencies in 2026
Most lists of cold calling agencies repeat the same names and skip the price. This one compares nine providers on what you can check yourself: what they publish about price, what you are billed for, the contract, and how much of the work really happens on the phone.
Read this first: Trefle publishes this page and is on the list. Providers are in alphabetical order and are not ranked. Facts come from each provider's own website, checked on November 4, 2026, and the sources are linked. Prices change, so confirm them before you decide.
In 30 seconds
Most phone-weighted: memoryBlue, A-Sales, the SalesHive Starter plan and Trefle.

No published price: Belkins, Martal Group, memoryBlue and SalesHive. Callbox publishes an estimate only.

What the published prices mean in practice
Headline prices do not compare directly, because they buy different things. A few worked examples, for illustration only:
- CIENCE, one SDR: $2,000 + $499 + $1,750 = from $4,249 a month offshore, or from $5,999 with an SDR in the US or Europe, before the performance bonus and the one time setup fee.
- SalesRoads, one SDR: $11,950 per four weeks, and a year holds 13 four week periods, not 12.
- Trefle, 5 held meetings in a month: $790 + 5 × $340 = $2,490. With 10 held meetings, $4,190. These are sums, not a forecast of how many meetings you will get.
Most fixed fees buy calling time, so you carry the risk if meetings do not come. A price per meeting moves part of that risk to the provider, and makes the definition of a qualified meeting the clause that matters most.

Which one fits your situation
A-Sales
Worth a look if you want calling at the centre and a choice of contract lengths. Its pricing page gives a starting figure only, so ask what the $4,000 covers. Pricing page.
Belkins
Worth a look if email and LinkedIn are your main channels and calling is a complement. If you want the phone first, check the plan closely: general cold calling and voicemails are only listed in Growth Plus. Plans.
Callbox
Worth a look for campaigns across several regions. Founded in 2004, it lists North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and the UK, and Latin America. Its pricing page estimates $6,667 a month per campaign pod with one dedicated SDR, with the exact price on consultation. No contract term is published. Pricing page.
CIENCE
Worth a look if you want to adjust the number of SDRs month to month and read the cost before a call. The performance bonus depends on each SDR's held meeting target, and the setup fee is not published, so ask for both. Pricing page.
Martal Group
Worth a look if you want a pilot across email, LinkedIn and phone. On its entry tier the page lists an average of 250 to 450 calls a month, so compare that volume with what a dedicated caller would do. Pricing page.
memoryBlue
Worth a look if you want a phone heavy provider with history: it lists more than 20 years in business and reps based in market across several regions. Price and terms are not on its home page, though it offers a cost calculator. Site.
SalesHive
Worth a look if you want a single flat fee and the choice of US or offshore SDRs. It charges no setup fee and no price per meeting, so you pay for activity rather than results. Pricing page.
SalesRoads
Worth a look for a senior voice: it advertises experienced reps (5 to 10 years on its home page, an average of 14 years on its pricing page) and a published price per SDR. It is also the highest published price on this list for a single SDR. Pricing page.
Trefle
Trefle works out who to call and gives each call a good reason, then its callers book the meetings. It suits B2B companies that want to start on the phone, read the price up front and pay part of it per meeting held. First meetings come within 4 weeks. More in our managed outbound guide.
The limits, plainly: Trefle was founded in 2024 and is a small team, it has no Clutch or G2 profile yet, and it does not run every channel from day one. If you need email and LinkedIn at launch or want long public review histories, another provider on this list will suit you better.
Six questions to ask any cold calling agency
- Who calls? Where are the callers, how much B2B experience do they have, and are they dedicated to you?
- Why will they call this person today? Ask for examples on your market: a dated reason, or a list filter?
- What is a qualified meeting? Get the definition in the contract, and what you pay for a no show.
- Can you listen? Ask for call recordings from the first week, plus connects and conversations, not only dials.
- What is the all in cost? Setup, data, dialer, bonus and minimum term.
- What do you keep? Who owns the data, notes and recordings when the contract ends?

Frequently asked questions
What is the best B2B cold calling agency?
There is no single best one: it depends on your budget and on how much of the work you want on the phone. For phone-weighted work, look at memoryBlue, A-Sales, the SalesHive Starter plan and Trefle. For a price you can read before any call, look at SalesRoads, CIENCE and Trefle. For a multichannel programme, look at Belkins, CIENCE and Martal Group.
How much does a B2B cold calling agency cost?
Published prices checked in November 2026 run from $790 a month plus $340 per qualified meeting held at Trefle, to $4,000 a month and up at A-Sales, about $4,249 for one offshore SDR at CIENCE before bonus and setup, and $11,950 per four weeks for one SDR at SalesRoads. Callbox publishes an estimate of $6,667 a month per campaign pod. Belkins, Martal Group, memoryBlue and SalesHive do not publish a price.
Should I hire an SDR or outsource cold calling?
Outsource when you need to test the phone quickly, have nobody to manage a caller, or want to pay in line with meetings. Hire when calling already works, you have someone to coach the role daily, and you want the skill inside the company. One French provider, Seventic, puts the full cost of an in-house SDR at €70,000 to €100,000 a year.
Which B2B lead generation agencies actually call prospects by phone?
memoryBlue says 85% of the meetings it books come from the phone. A-Sales describes its work as cold calling led. SalesHive sells a phone only Starter plan. SalesRoads SDRs call and email. Trefle starts on the phone only. At Belkins, general cold calling is in the Growth Plus plan and not in the lower plans.
Who can book B2B sales meetings without me hiring a sales team?
All nine providers on this page run the outreach for you, but someone on your side still has to take the meetings and close. Check how each one defines a qualified meeting and what you pay when a prospect does not show up, because that decides what a meeting really costs you.
Sources: each provider's own website, read on November 4, 2026, except A-Sales contract options, taken from its own comparison page and the in-house SDR cost, from Seventic. Spotted a mistake or a price change? Write to youness@trefle.ai and we will correct it. Last updated November 4, 2026.
